Governor Murphy ANCHOR Property Tax Relief Program Applications are out and it is new to all New Jersey Residents as of 10/1/2019.
Tenants:
Renters who have a NJ gross income under $150,000 ( NJ-1040 Line 29) will get $450 by May 23, 2023. Apply by 12/30/2022 .Link to apply. ( Click Tenant and Continue)
Homeowners:
Property owners who have a NJ gross income under $150,000 ( NJ-1040 Line 29) will get $1,500 by May 23, 2023.
Property owners who have a NJ gross income between $150,000- $250,000 ( NJ-1040 Line 29) will get $1,000 by May 23, 2023.
Homeowners have a two step way to apply IF YOUR NOTICE DID NOT HAVE AN ID OR PIN NUMBER. If you have a Id# and Pin# go to step 2.
Homeowners Step 1 : Get Id# and Pin#.
Homeowners Step 2: Enter your Id# and Pin# from Step1. ( Click Homeowner and Continue)

For Homeowners you have two options:
Option 1: Log in using your ID and PIN to print the application (Form ANCHOR-H).
Option 2: Call the ANCHOR Hotline at 1-888-238-1233 to order one.
Once Completed you can mail it in or you have the option to upload a completed copy of your paper application using our electronic filing system. You will be able to attach your supporting documents with the application.
